Shipping policy

• We are not responsible for shipping order delays such as mechanical, weather, human error, incorrect address from customer, and other unpredictable delays.

 

• Business days are defined as "Monday - Friday" and do not include holidays and weekends.

 

• Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipments outside of the United States.

 

• Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent in 1-2 business days starting on Monday. If there is a lead time it will be stated on the product page.
